Do you make same-day deliveries?
Will the flowers be left if no one is home?
If flowers are delivered and no one is home we will call the recipient and arrange for drop off at another time or instructions on where to leave them.
2 attempts will be made and if undeliverable arrangements will need to be made to come pick it up at the store or we can deliver for an additional fee.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
The photos of the arrangements are not guaranteed to be exact. Depending on season, we may need to choose different flowers or container depending on availability, but your order will be as close as possible to the product pictured.
What is your return policy? (include flower arrangements, gifts)
We strive to make sure you love all our products offered. If not satisfied please give us a call and we will do our best to make it right.
How far in advance should I plan my wedding consultation?
A bride is always welcome in our store! If you’re planning a large wedding we advise planning at least 60 days prior to help achieve the vision they may have. If you’re planning a microwedding or elopement, we can work within any timeframe!
What should I bring to a wedding/event consultation?
We recommend having a vision for what you want your day to look like upon arriving. Pinterest boards are a perfect way to start! Also helpful: wedding date/timeframe, pictures of your venue and even your dress.
What should I bring to a floral design workshop?
Nothing! We will provide you with everything you need. So bring a friend and let’s have some fun creating beautiful designs with our rockstar designers!
What is the cancellation policy for the floral design workshops?
Please cancel one week in advance of your scheduled workshop as we purchase your flowers and supplies in advance.
